Our story

Natasha
With over 12 years of training experience, I’ve learned that real progress goes far beyond just aesthetics. I have idiopathic scoliosis and in my early years, I struggled with back and SI joint pain worsened by improper training. My back pain became debilitating in my mid-twenties and I dedicated years of researching and refining my methods to reverse it. Today, I train without pain or limitations.
Before coaching, I worked a 9–5 in private banking, so I understand the challenge of fitting fitness into a busy lifestyle. That’s why my approach focuses on concise, efficient, and effective training that is designed for real people.
Movement is the foundation of everything I teach. It’s not just about lifting weights, but learning to move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports the life you want to live.

I understand how challenging it feels to start and stay consistent in your fitness journey while having to juggle work, life and family commitments.
I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum – pushing my body to the perform at peak performance playing 12+ years of competitive basketball VS dealing with persistent knee pain and struggling to keep in shape while working in a highly stressful banking & finance corporate environment. Today, I have successfully reversed my knee pain and I feel even stronger than I was in my 20’s.
That’s exactly why my coaching focuses on finding YOUR middle ground – sustainability without compromising on results. No shortcuts or gimmicks here, only proven strategies to help you stay strong and healthy for years to come.
